Refunds are issued only after returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary based on financial institutions and payment providers.
Refunds are not issued for worn items, customized items, special-order uniforms, final-sale items, or products returned without authorization. Shipping fees and import duties are not refundable.
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unwashed, and unworn products in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned within a limited timeframe from the date of delivery. Products showing signs of wear, customization, or alteration are not eligible.
Workwear items such as shirts, pants, jackets, safety gear, and accessories must be in resale condition. Any item purchased in multiple sizes or colors for fitting purposes must also be returned in original packaging. Once returned merchandise is inspected, an exchange or store credit may be issued.
Clearance, custom-printed, embroidered, or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending items back for inspection.
